Code: Recommendation:
- Start with 1 or 2, ie 1persons room or 2 persons room
- 3 characters to define Standard, Deluxe...
- Additional ex SV for seaview
--> 2DLXSV = 2 pers Deluxe Seaview
Name: name of the room as per your contract
Occupancy: min and max pax = mandatoru
Min age, if adult only, you will have age stipulation in your contract
Min and max number of adults
Max number of children
Max infants, normally not needed, but needs to be checked in your contract
Min Child age: In majority of the hotels, you only pay as from 2years, needs to be checked in your contract
Max Child age: as per your contract. Between this age ranges, system will calculate childrens price, if set up in your price blocks
Allotment table:
- If you have set up Allotment cards, then you need to input the name of your allotment card. This is in majority of cases for Group travel or Roundtrips

Standard: Recommendation is to assign the standard room
