Go into the booking, which you have cancelled.
Select 'Cancel by Client
System will calculate the cancellation charges based on the Cancellation rules, set up in Administration and will provide you first the calculation.
If you / your client agrees to the cancellation costs, you select Confirm and booking will be cancelled.
Status of booking has been changed to Canc by Client
Total revenue amount has been changed from Original revenue to the cancellation amount
Purchage price has been put to 0€
